Shipping waiting times

Shipping waiting vary according to the craftsman and the object in question. They are detailed in the "SHIPPING & RETURNS" tab under each item. 

At Meillart, we value "less but better". This is why we support the notion of time, essential to produce the pieces we offer. A large part of the items we offer are therefore made to order.

It is therefore normal to wait a few weeks to receive a dinner service, for example. During this time, a passionate craftsman shows exceptional know-how to create a unique object for you. A piece that is destined to last a lifetime, or even to be passed on through generations...

At Meillart, we respect the craftsmen's time and we invite you to take yours.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs vary according to the craftsman and the object selected. They are indicated in the "SHIPPING & RETURNS" tab under each item.

Most of the items are made on demand and shipped by the craftsman. If you order items from different workshops, they cannot be grouped together when they are sent.

Finally, please note that customs' duties and purchase taxes may be requested when receiving items from craftsmen outside the European Union. In this case, we specify this in the "DELIVERY & RETURNS" tab.

Returns

You have a period of fourteen days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

The craftsmen selected by Meillart carry out most of the orders on request, for you. Please remember to contact us first by message or call us on +33 6 9 99 98 92 25. We are here to answer all your questions and find the best solution to make you happy with your experience at Meillart.

To make a return, please contact us at info@meillart.com with the details of your order so that we can inform the craftsman. All items must be returned in their original packaging with a label, in perfect condition and unused.

Please note that the shipping costs of a return are also at your expense. 

Damaged item

Our craftsmen do everything possible to ensure that you receive your object in the best possible conditions. 

However, if you receive a damaged item, we advise you to refuse it when the delivery man arrives. You will then obtain proof and a full refund as soon as possible.
